Eastside Baptist Planning for It's 50th Homecoming
On June 13, 2010, Eastside Baptist will be holding it's 50th Homecoming. Services will begin at 9:45 A.M. with special music by Gail Enfinger of Fargo, Georgia. Gail is the niece of Eastside's own Zimmie Petty. Then at 11:00 A.M., we will have congregation singing and more specials by Gail. Following this music service, Rev. Ivan Clements will bring the 50th Homecoming Message. Rev. Clements was the Pastor at Eastside from October 1965 to August 1973.
Eastside was a mission of First Baptist Church. We would like to have a display of pictures and items from the early days. If you have any-thing that you would like to share, please contact Iris P. Bundy, Church Clerk/Secretary, as soon as possible. She can be reached at 755-2867, or 344-1184.
